Using Daythread
Daythread is a personal planning and focus app developed and operated by an individual developer using the FixMind name. The developer operates the app and handles support in China. These terms describe its use. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally accept them yourself, a parent or guardian must accept them on your behalf where permitted by law. Exploring the sample day during onboarding is free. Creating or editing your own plans and using focus timers requires an active Daythread Plus subscription, an eligible trial or a lifetime purchase. Use the app in accordance with applicable law and respect the rights of others.
Your content and local data
You retain ownership of the tasks, notes and other content you create. You are responsible for the content you enter and choose to share. The current app stores plans locally and has no FixMind account or cloud sync. CSV and JSON exports let you keep a copy of your information; the current app does not import those files to restore a plan. Keep important information and exports backed up. Removing the app or losing access to a device can result in loss of local data.
Plans and access
Daythread Plus offers monthly and yearly subscriptions and a lifetime one-time purchase. Available features, localized price, billing period and any eligible free trial are shown before you confirm a purchase with Apple. Only an offer actually available at checkout can be purchased. A subscription renews automatically until canceled through Apple. A one-time purchase, if offered, does not renew. No trial or future feature is promised unless it is included in the offer you accept. An annual subscription is charged as one annual amount even if a monthly equivalent is displayed. A Daythread purchase does not provide membership in other FixMind products. When a subscription or trial expires, saved plans remain available for read-only viewing and export. Adding or editing plans and using focus timers requires active access.
Managing purchases
Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting Daythread or emailing support does not cancel a subscription. If an eligible trial is offered, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want to renew; follow the offer and cancellation information Apple displays. Restore Purchase checks eligible purchases associated with the Apple Account used for the purchase; it does not restore local tasks or focus history. Reminders and calendar events
Notification delivery and the visibility or refresh timing of widgets and Live Activities depend on iOS settings, permissions and system conditions. Daythread is not an alarm service for safety-critical or emergency use. You remain responsible for appointments and deadlines. Calendar events are displayed read-only; changes must be made in your calendar app.
Purpose and availability
Daythread is a planning tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not promise a particular productivity or health outcome. We work to keep the app reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may be corrected or updated over time. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We provide notices and remedies required by law for material changes, discontinuation or failure to supply a paid service. These terms do not authorise removing paid rights without applicable notice or remedy.
App license
For an App Store download, the license to use the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate custom license is provided with the app. These product terms do not replace that license or limit your mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy, changes and contact
The Privacy Policy available in Me → About and on the Plus page explains how Daythread handles information. We may update these terms as the app changes and will revise the date above, with notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
