Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FixMind handles information on this website, in its shared account service and in the Mindaily iOS app.

Mindaily iOS app

Mindaily does not offer a FixMind account, sign-in or cloud sync. The app stores the following information locally on your iPhone:

• Your optional local profile name and email address.
• Daily active training time, exercise-guide progress and the local information needed to plan future sessions.
• Your app preferences, reminder time and sound or haptic choices.

You can export a portable backup. A backup may contain your local profile, daily Journey totals, exercise-guide progress and selected preferences. It does not contain StoreKit entitlement or transaction data, detailed answers, scores, question difficulty, session identifiers or scheduling history.

Mindaily keeps a limited set of Apple MetricKit and app error reports on the device for up to 14 days. They are not uploaded automatically. They leave the device only when you explicitly export them or attach them to a support email.

Mindaily does not include third-party advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs.

Notifications and subscriptions

If you enable a daily reminder, iOS schedules it on your device. FixMind does not use a remote notification server for this reminder.

Subscriptions are sold and managed through Apple. Mindaily receives localized product information and verified entitlement state. Apple processes your Apple ID and payment details; FixMind does not receive your full card or bank details.

If you choose to share diagnostics and usage information with app developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide FixMind with privacy-protected crash and performance information through its developer services.

Information handled by the website and account service

• If you use email sign-in on a FixMind web product, we store your normalized email address, verification time and a salted one-way password hash.
• If you use Google sign-in, we store Google’s stable account identifier and may store the display name Google provides.
• We may store membership state for web products, including the plan, purchase channel and relevant dates.
• Cloudflare processes limited network and security information needed to deliver the website, prevent abuse and validate Turnstile challenges.

Web sessions use a secure, HttpOnly cookie. Website accounts are separate from the local Mindaily profile.

How we use information

We use information to provide the requested product, secure web accounts, show access status, diagnose problems when you choose to share a report and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information or use sign-in email addresses for promotional mailing.

Service providers

Apple provides App Store subscriptions and optional privacy-protected diagnostics for Mindaily. Cloudflare provides website delivery, Workers, D1 and Turnstile. Google provides Google Identity Services when you choose Google sign-in. ZeptoMail sends verification and password-reset codes for supported web products.

Retention and deletion

You can clear Mindaily’s local data, exercise instructions and diagnostics from the app. Deleting Mindaily removes its remaining local app data, subject to iOS backups and Apple’s retention practices. App Store purchase records are controlled by Apple.

Verification and password-reset codes for web accounts expire after ten minutes and are removed after successful use or cleanup. Choosing “Delete account” on a supported web product disables that web account. It does not control Mindaily data stored on an iPhone.

Security and cookies

FixMind uses secure, HttpOnly cookies for web sessions and short-lived Google sign-in challenges. Authentication secrets are kept in Cloudflare Worker secrets rather than browser or app code. Mindaily does not store a FixMind login credential.
